Dan is VP, Market Development for the solar development company 7X Energy Inc.  Dan leads business development for 7X power projects involving new technological permutations and market participation models.  Dan was previously a private practice consultant providing market research, deal structuring, and business development support services.   Dan provided these Texas-market focused consulting services from 2014 to 2019, and previously led the solar program as a Principal at Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI).  Prior to RMI, Mr. Seif was an investment team member with the private equity firm, US Renewables Group.  Dan holds an MPA from Harvard, as well as engineering degrees from the University of Virginia (BS) and University of Arizona (MS).
